CPM Scheduling

CPM Preparation & Updates

We are there for your project from the very beginning.

One of the first steps in ensuring a successful project is the preparation of a detailed project schedule. Our scheduling department has several scheduling experts can work with you to develop Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules for a wide variety of projects; from government projects, to condominiums and industrial facilities.

Our professionals are skilled in the use of several scheduling software packages; including the industry standard, Oracle (Primavera) P6. Our scheduling experts have performed schedule-related services for hundreds of projects.

But it goes far beyond just the software. Because of our extensive collective experience as building contractors, we'll help to prepare a schedule that is contract-compliant, reasonable, and logical given all the moving pieces involved.

We'll also provide you with regular updates on how your schedule is playing out in reality - which can help you mitigate potential issues before they become expensive liabilities.

Important Questions to Ask:
  • Is the schedule contract-compliant?

  • Is the Schedule Logic & Duration reasonable?

  • Does the Critical path make sense?

  • Does the Schedule adhere to sound scheduling principals?

  • Are the updates realistic?

CPM Seminars & Training

Due to our extensive experience with CPM Scheduling, we also provide seminars and trainings for a variety of clients.

We've shared our expertise with the United States General Services Administration (GSA), as well as several of our development contracting clients who may have a scheduling department in-house.

Our unique background as construction developers allows us to go beyond the software, and share the valuable insight only hands-on experience in construction can provide.
