Martin Schara has been a Senior Consultant with Capital Construction Consultants, Inc. since 2006. He has worked with a broad range of clients, including private owners and government agencies primarily as the senior project manager in charge of the overall project such as: NAVFAC, The Veterans Administration, The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FBI, NASA, CIA, The University of Maryland, The College of William and Mary, The University of Virginia, General Services Administration, Marriot Corporation, Overseas Building Operations, US Army Corps of Engineers and private developers.
His extensive knowledge of CPM scheduling has been instrumental in documenting and preparing successful project schedules and acceleration strategies. He can perform technical review and analysis of project records, he has expertise in the administration, estimation, and construction of complex, high-end projects and historic renovations. Mr. Schara has valuable practical experience in that he has been a project manager for major general contractors in the mid-Atlantic area for over 30 years.
